Creative Cakes' Michael Coady trained as a Chef and graduated from Cathal Brugha Street College of Catering where he also received a distinction in advanced culinary arts in pastry. He started his career working in one of Ireland's first Michelin Star restaurants. This is where he found a keen interest in the art of Patisserie. Michael later moved on to such restaurants as Chapter One, NoMI Park Hyatt Chicago, One Pico, L'Ecrivain and The Ivy Brasserie. |
